Work-Life Balance of Bank Employees during the Pandemic: An Exploratory Analysis

The study attempts to explore the factors of work-life balance (WLB)amid pandemic and effects these derived on overall perception WLB bank employees. quantitative research method was harnessed objectives. Employees commercial banks serving in Morang district, one 77 administrative units Nepal, during were population study. Primary data collected using structured questionnaires. Snowball purposive sampling methods implied get sample 193 extracted four factors; personal demand, family work social demand dimensions duringCovid-19. And factor stood as most significant out other two namely influence amidst pandemic. Employees’ self-care self-development needs are be incorporated while formulating policies organization more specifically traumatic conditions.
